Lemongrass & Ginger Tea

Steeped it for the full five minutes and the ginger gives a nice warmth without any bitterness, which I wasn’t expecting from a bagged tea. I’ve been drinking it iced after lunch and the lemongrass flavor stays bright even when cold.

The lemongrass really comes through clean and bright, and the ginger gives it just enough warmth without any harsh bite. Steeped it for a full five minutes and it was perfectly fragrant, not bitter at all. Already ordered another box for my afternoon routine.

I was skeptical that a simple herbal tea could taste this fresh, but the lemongrass comes through beautifully without being overpowered. I’ve been steeping it for the full five minutes and it’s never gotten bitter, even when I let it cool to drink iced. This is my new afternoon ritual.
