Ingredientes: Té blanco con un toque de pétalos de rosa roja ecológica.

Suave, sencillo, calmante y nutritivo a la vez. Es uno de mis favoritos para una tarde de relax.

Preparación sugerida:

1 cucharadita colmada por taza en un infusor y dejar reposar de 3 a 5 minutos, luego retirar las hojas y se pueden reutilizar para una taza posterior.
