William ★★★★★

I’ve been sipping this hot whenever my throat starts feeling scratchy, and the ginger heat is soothing without being overwhelming. Made a big pitcher for iced tea last weekend and the lemon zest kept it refreshing all afternoon.

Hazel ★★★★★

The lemongrass really comes through with a bright, zesty kick that’s perfect when my throat feels scratchy. I’ve been sipping it hot every evening this week and it’s genuinely helped me shake off that cold I was fighting.

Christopher Z. ★★★★★

Brewed a pitcher of this for iced tea on a hot afternoon and the lemon grass really shines through cold, with just enough ginger kick to feel refreshing. My throat’s been a bit raw and sipping it warm later actually calmed it down noticeably.
