Cosmic Like a dream

I was skeptical about a tea actually keeping me asleep, but I've made it through four nights now without my usual 3am wake-up. The hops gives it this earthy undertone under the flowers, and it's strong enough that one cup does the job.

The floral taste is genuinely lovely—not watered-down like other bedtime blends—and the hops come through as a calming, earthy finish. I actually stayed asleep through the night for the first time in weeks. This is now a permanent part of my evening routine.

I’ve tried so many sleep teas that barely do anything, but this one actually keeps me under until morning. The hops come through in a calming, earthy way that pairs beautifully with the floral notes, and I wake up feeling genuinely rested.
