My Headache Tea is a blend from the MY ORGANIC TEA range is recommended when you are feeling unwell with a headache or migraine.

The combination of herbs in My Headache/Migraine Tea is formulated to help reduce the effects of tension and migraine type pain.

Recommended to be taken as soon as symptoms appear and to be consumed on a regular basis as long as the pain persists. Do not exceed 3 cups per day.

INGREDIENTS:

 Lavender: Calming and a relaxant. Treats fever and insomnia.

Peppermint: Assists in the treatments of colds and flu, allergies, bad breath, headache, stress, hair conditions and muscle pain.

Feverfew: Commonly used for centuries for headaches and dizziness.

WARNING: Pregnant women and those taking blood thinning medications, and those with allergies to members of the daisy family should avoid the use of feverfew altogether.

Linden: Calms nerves and eases anxiety, tension and inflammatory issues.

Catnip: Relaxes the mind, primarily used for headaches and migraines.

All spice: Has an analgesic effect, numbing the nerves and helps relieve pain associated with headaches.
