Organic Oolong Tea from our Orient Range is widely known as "The Iron Goddess of Tea" or TieGuanYin is grown in China. It is a traditional Chinese tea that has since gained popularity around the world due to its benefits and mellow taste. It is made from the partially oxidised leaves of the Camellia Sinensis plant. It contains antioxidants, vitamins and minerals that have many benefits for our health. It is high in amino acids that helps in brain activity and reduction in stress and anxiety. Oolong is safe to drink daily and in the early morning in place of your usual cup of coffee.
